Who we are

This site and the Vizzagram service are operated by vizzagram("Vizzagram," "we," "us"). Vizzagram is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or ais.usvisa-info.com. What we collect

• Your usvisa-info login credentials. Provided by you on a secure page so we can sign in to the official scheduling system on your behalf, watch for earlier slots, and complete a rebooking.
• Your scheduling preferences. The consulates/cities you can travel to and how much earlier you want your interview.
• Contact details. The Telegram handle, email, or phone number you use to reach us, plus the messages you send us.
• Minimal technical data. Privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views — no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers).

How we use your credentials

Your credentials are encrypted at rest, never sold or shared, used only to monitor and rebook within your specified window, and deleted on request.

Concretely:

• Encrypted at rest. Credentials are encrypted when stored and transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) only.
• Access-controlled. They are accessible only to the automated systems and the limited personnel required to operate the monitoring and rebooking service.
• Purpose-limited. We use them for one thing: to monitor availability and rebook the earliest reachable interview within the window you set. We never use them for anything else.
• Never sold or shared. We do not sell, rent, or share your credentials or personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Retention & deletion

We keep your credentials only for as long as we are actively working your case. You can ask us to delete them at any time and we will do so promptly. When your service ends — you tell us to stop, or your monitoring window closes — we automatically purge your credentials within 30 days. Preferences and support messages may be retained longer where needed for our records or to comply with law, but never your login once it is no longer required.

Third parties we rely on

• The official U.S. visa scheduling system (ais.usvisa-info.com) — where we sign in on your behalf using the standard applicant flow. Vizzagram is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or ais.usvisa-info.com.
• Telegram — our primary support and notification channel. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.
• Our contact form provider (Web3Forms) — used only if you submit the fallback contact form, to deliver your message to us.
• Hosting & infrastructure providers — who store and serve data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Cookieless analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly usage statistics with no cookies and no personal profiling, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us — we will not charge you for a reasonable request and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

Security

We use encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and purpose-limited handling to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat credentials as the most sensitive data we hold and design accordingly.

Children

Vizzagram is intended for visa applicants and those assisting them. It is not directed to children under the age required to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and we will not weaken our credential commitments (§2.1) without telling you.
